What is done, and what is missing
These counters move when a photograph, an interview or a supporting document lands. They are read straight off the records, so they cannot flatter us.

Next steps
What we can do next
- 01
Close the last two rows of GU-0001
The pilot has its import reply and its roast receipt. Packing and delivery are still open, so the lot stays a pilot record until both have a document.
One packing evening and one Saturday round
adds: The verified stamp on the pilot lot
- 02
Get the exporter’s farm-gate statement
The producer line currently uses the FOB figure from the export invoice. The washing station and mill sit between FOB and the farm gate. Only the exporter can close that gap.
One email, then chasing
adds: A farm-gate number instead of an export number
- 03
Cup both lots with a score sheet
Score them properly on an SCA form, with two other people, and photograph the filled sheet. A score you can defend beats an adjective you cannot.
Two hours
adds: Cup notes that are measured rather than imagined
- 04
Publish the monthly price sheet
One page: what we paid, to whom, on what date, with the invoice number. If a number cannot be published, say who is withholding it.
One evening a month
adds: A record a stranger can audit without asking us for anything
- 05
Open the third route
Two rounds are running. A third needs one more volunteer who is not the founder, and a shift that fits around school.
One recruiting week
adds: The first round walked by someone outside the founding pair

One photograph we still need
Each card prints its own brief. Save the file as public/photos/<key>.jpg and add the filename in src/lib/photos.ts. If a person or a private place appears, record the permission first — the site will not display the file until the consent field is confirmed.
The founder, holding the pilot bag, looking at the camera.
A friend with a phone, 15 minutes.
Permission required before upload. Avoid a school badge, timetable, home address or other identifying background detail.
